Client Spotlight: Delma from Inti The Label

We 💙 our clients. So we wanted to highlight one for Valentine’s Day!

This is Delma.

Delma Silva is the owner of Inti The Label, a specialty gender-neutral children’s clothing brand. She hired Sereth to design her brand identity, e-commerce website, and email marketing.

Meet Delma and her son, Enzo.

We asked Delma a few questions about her work, her experience working with us, and her dreams for the future of the fashion industry. Check out what she said!

S: How do your passions and dreams for the world manifest in your work?

D: I'm very passionate about equality for all and I am a progressive thinker; meaning, I don't believe that the same ideals, the same processes, will always work for everyone specially because as humans we are always growing and evolving. Everyone experiences life in a different way and putting everyone in a box does not work. Simply because we are humans. This manifests in Inti now in how we are providing mix-and-match outfits (for choice) and gender neutral designs (for freedom of expression) in colors that are both neutral but bright and earthy (creativity).

S: Prior to hiring Sereth Design, what was your biggest pain point?

D: Not having a cohesive look. I was working with different fonts and different color palettes and I was not providing my customers with the "Inti experience". I was rather disorganized and unfocused when it came to branding.

S: How did working with Sereth Design change your business?

D: It helped me focus. I was trying to cover too much territory and trying to appeal to everyone rather than focusing on my specific offering and my specific customer base.

"Sereth helped me identify who Inti is at its core and who we are specifically helping."

S: What was your favorite part of the branding, website, or email marketing process?

D: It was fun! Loved the design process of it all. It felt as though I was opening a present each time Sereth would present progress on designs.

S: What are you looking forward to for the future of gender neutral fashion?

D: Empathy and acceptance. We all experience this world a little bit different and anyone who has more than one child can really see this first hand. Our children are so very different when it comes to emotions, likes, dislikes, behaviors. When it comes to clothing specifically, some children prefer super soft and cozy; some like to dress rather warm. Others only wear t-shirts and shorts no matter the weather. Some are so active we need to dress them in loose comfortable clothing that can move with them. I could keep going... Gender neutral fashion makes the choices so much easier for both parents and children. For parents, it gives us the ability to "grab and go" without having to sit there and try to match or put together outfits. For children, it's more of that preference of comfort depending on what they like as little humans.

"I really believe we have something special with Inti The Label and I know we can offer a different perspective when it comes to dressing our children."
