In 2024, they reached out to us to help them take their website to the finish line.
The ask was two-fold: to build a site that could showcase the variety of video work they produce in a cohesive, unified format, and to create an engaging and interactive site.
Quality, Craft, and Artistry
Session City is all about making impactful content for clients driven by award-winning creatives who put quality, craft, and artistry into everything they do. We needed the site to do the same. We wanted the personality behind the lens to shine through the site’s vibrant palette and interactive spaces, as well as bringing a sense of structure to the site to reflect the quality of work (and let it shine!).

Letting the Work Shine
With any video agency, the work is what sells. We designed the website with the viewer in mind. We designed for space to showcase featured spots through auto-playing video, GIFs, and feature stills. The backgrounds and text are strong, but minimal, so as not to distract from the main event. Using video within frames such as the TV, phones, or laptops, was used to give the layout addition visual interest while driving focus. Each minimized video element was able to be expanded into full view for full effect.
